Wardrobe Placement at Leeds Playhouse

This was a two week placement in which I assisted the Wardrobe department with sourcing, constructing and repairing costumes. This placement allowed me to use the skills I have learnt at University when constructing garments and I also had to work quickly as certain garments needed to be repaired quickly and given back to the actor.
R&D Design Observer

This was a Week long R&D that took place at Leeds Playhouse. My role within the R&D was to assist the Costume Designer with selecting costumes for the actors to where throughout the R&D and note taking throughout the scenes. This R&DÂ week was invaluable to me as, I learnt so much about what happens in the beginnings of a theatre show.
